Lead time
Custom builds require approximately 3 weeks production time from deposit confirmation. Lead time may vary during peak periods.

Deposit policy
Custom builds require a 50% deposit to initiate production. Remaining balance must be settled prior to shipping.

Specification changes
RHC reserves the right to substitute components of equal or higher performance in the event of supplier constraints without affecting overall performance tier.

Compatibility

Ensure frame, fork, cassette, and brake compatibility before purchase. Refer to axle and freehub standards in the Technical Knowledge section.

System Limits

Follow the lowest maximum pressure stated on rim, tyre, or rim tape. System weight limit refers to rider + bicycle + equipment combined.

Tubeless Setup

Correct tubeless installation is required for safe operation. Follow the RHC Tubeless Conversion System instructions carefully.

Warranty Details

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Crash damage, misuse, and improper installation are excluded. Refer to the Warranty page for full policy.
