Program Overview
RHC offers a 5-Year Carbon Rim Crash Replacement Program from the original date of purchase.
This program applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Crash Replacement is separate from the 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty.
What Is Covered
This program applies to accidental structural damage to carbon rims caused by:
• Riding crashes
• Impact with potholes or debris
• Trail or race incidents
• Accidental hard impacts during normal riding
The program applies only when the rim becomes unsafe to ride due to impact damage.Details
Replacement Pricing
Eligible carbon rims may be replaced at 50% of the current retail price of the equivalent rim model.
Important conditions:
• The 50% replacement applies to carbon rims only
• Hubs, spokes, bearings, decals, and labor are not included
• Replacement builds will be quoted separately if required
• If the original model is discontinued, a comparable current model will be offered
• Replacement pricing does not include shipping costs

What Is Not Covered
The Crash Replacement Program does not cover:
• Cosmetic scratches or surface marks
• Normal wear and tear
• Corrosion due to poor maintenance
• Damage caused by exceeding published system weight
• Damage caused by exceeding maximum tyre pressure
• Damage caused by incompatible tyre use

Claim Process
Crash Replacement claims are processed directly through RHC.
Dealers do not process crash claims.
To initiate a claim:
- Email clear photos of the damaged rim
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide a brief description of the incident
In most cases, photo inspection is sufficient for approval.
RHC reserves the right to request additional information if necessary.
Turnaround Time
Typical evaluation time: 3–7 working days.
Replacement rim lead time: approximately 2–3 weeks depending on stock availability.
