Q: What freehub options are available?
RHC wheelsets support Shimano HG, SRAM XD/XDR, and Shimano Microspline depending on model.
Please confirm your drivetrain before ordering.
Q: What is the maximum rider weight?
Each model has a defined maximum system weight (rider + bike + gear).
This is listed on the product page and forms part of the warranty conditions.
Q: Are RHC rims hooked or hookless?
Road models are hooked.
Selected gravel models may use hookless design.

Tyres & Tubeless
Q: Are RHC wheels tubeless ready?
Yes. All current RHC disc models are tubeless compatible.
Proper installation is required following recommended procedures.
Q: What tyre width should I use?
Recommended tyre width ranges are listed on each product page.
Using tyres outside the recommended range may affect performance and warranty.
Q: What is the maximum tyre pressure?
Maximum pressure limits are listed on each product page.
Do not exceed these values.
Warranty & Crash Replacement
Q: What is covered under the 2-Year Warranty?
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions.
Impact damage is not covered under warranty and is addressed separately under the Crash Replacement Program.
Q: What is the 5-Year Crash Replacement Program?
If a carbon rim is damaged due to crash or impact, it may be replaced at 50% of current retail price (rim only).
Claims are processed directly through RHC.
Q: Are claims handled locally?
Yes. Warranty and crash replacement claims are handled locally in Malaysia.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does delivery take?
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Custom builds may require additional time.
Q: Can I return a used wheelset?
Used or installed wheelsets are not eligible for return.

Q: Do hubs require maintenance?
Yes. Hub bearings and freehub bodies are wear items and should be serviced periodically depending
on riding conditions.
Q: Can I replace spokes locally?
Yes. Spoke lengths are documented and available for service reference.
