RHC ships nationwide within Malaysia.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.
All orders are shipped from our Malaysia workshop.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
Custom-built wheelsets may require additional build time depending on configuration.
Customers will be notified once the order has been dispatched
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within Malaysia:
• West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
• East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may apply during selected promotional periods.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery progress can be monitored directly with the assigned courier service.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be uninstalled
• Item must be in original packaging
• No tyre mounting or cassette installation
Used or installed wheelsets are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom-built wheelsets
• Installed or ridden products
• Clearance or promotional items
• Crash-damaged products
Return Process
To initiate a return request:
- Email your order number
- Provide photos of the item condition
- Await return approval before shipping
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation.
