Warranty Coverage Period
All RHC wheelsets are covered by a 2-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty
from the original date of purchase.This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended riding conditions.
Coverage includes:
• Structural defects in carbon rim construction
• Bonding defects around spoke holes
• Hub shell manufacturing defects
• Structural failure not caused by impact
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, RHC will:
• Repair the product, or
• Replace the defective component
RHC reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Crash damage or impact damage
• Damage caused by exceeding maximum tyre pressure
• Damage caused by exceeding maximum system weight
• Damage caused by incompatible tyre use (especially hookless misuse)
• Improper installation or incorrect setup
• Modifications or unauthorised repair
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, decal wear)
• Normal wear and tear (bearings, freehub bodies, spokes)
Accidental or impact-related damage is addressed separately under the 5-Year Carbon Rim Crash Replacement Program.
Safety & Usage Conditions
To maintain warranty validity, users must:
• Follow maximum tyre pressure listed on the product page
• Respect maximum system weight (rider + bike + gear)
• Use tyres compatible with rim type (hooked or hookless)
• Follow proper tubeless installation procedures
• Maintain the hub according to recommended service intervals

Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Email clear photos of the issue
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide a short description of riding conditions when the issue occurred
RHC will review the information and may request additional details if required.
If necessary, physical inspection may be requested before final approval.
Turnaround Time
Typical evaluation time: 5–10 working days.
